Footnotes	NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE DATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Changtian Plastic & Chemical Limited (the "Company") will be closed on 11 May 2009 for the purpose of determining Shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30 April 2009. Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of shares in the Company received by the Company's Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd of 3 Church Street #08-01 Samsung Hub Singapore 049483 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2009. Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2009 will be entitled to such proposed final dividend.
